For Repairs:
  • Upon confirming a convenient date and time, we will email you for required information and authorization for repairs.
  • On the scheduled date and time, proceed to Kirmac Collision & Autoglass.
  • Your vehicle will be checked-in and if required a replacement vehicle provided. At all times, we will practice the appropriate physical distancing.

For An Estimate:

  • Upon confirming a convenient date and time, we will email you for required information.
  • On the schedule date and time, proceed to Kirmac Collision & Autoglass.
  • A Kirmac Estimator will view and assess damages on your vehicle.
  • An Estimate will be provided by phone/email.
  • Schedule an appointment for repairs.
  • Send a request using our online form to provide contact and vehicle information along with photos of the damage.
  • A Kirmac Estimator will review and provide an Estimate via phone/email.
  • Schedule an appointment for repairs.

Throughout the contact and repair process, Kirmac employees will be following the necessary steps to maintain physical distancing with Customers and other employees. Please be assured Customer and Kirmac replacement vehicles will be cleaned following the BC CDC and WorkSafe guidelines before and after driving including but not limited to door handles, steering wheels, shift knobs and seats protected.
