Update: March 19, 2020 

Dear Customers,

Our primary focus at Kirmac Collision and Autoglass continues to be the health and well-being of our employees, customers, and communities as a whole. While all Kirmac locations remain open at this time, we are doing so by taking the advice and employing measures based on the direction of our Public Health authorities.  During this difficult time for all of us, please rest assured we are taking the actions and employing the required resources to safely work on all of our customer’s vehicles.

During our regular business hours, our Service team is available to all Customers via phone or email. Please visit our Locations for further contact information. Beginning March 19th all Kirmac location OPEN hours will be temporarily adjusted to Monday through Friday 8:00am to 5:30pm and CLOSED, Saturdays and Sundays.

Please also consider using our convenient Online Appointment and Estimate Request options in order for our team to provide you with more information and to help identify an appropriate day/time to schedule repairs.

We will continue to communicate and strictly practice prevention measures as recommended by the BC CDC and kindly ask all our customers to do the same. As a 47 year old BC family owned company, we truly appreciate your support during this time.

To our valued Kirmac Collision & Autoglass customers,

We are currently experiencing unprecedented times here in British Columbia and around the globe from the impact of COVID-19 (Coronavirus.) At Kirmac we are closely monitoring the daily updates and recommendations provided by the Governments of Canada and BC, and Public Health. We are committed to ensuring the health and well-being of our employees, customers, and communities.

While taking the recommended precautions and necessary actions, we remain open for business providing services to our current customers and available to service new customers. The following steps are being taken to ensure our locations are a safe environment for our employees, customers and business partners:

  • Ongoing communications to employees including the essential precautions to take following health and safety guidelines and Public Health recommendations
  • Increased cleaning of our office “high touch” surfaces 
  • Supporting employees not feeling well with symptoms of any illness to remain at home until all symptoms clear
  • Implemented a travel policy for employees who have returned from international travel to follow the 14-day self-isolation recommendation before returning to work
  • Postponed company-wide events

We urge everyone to take the necessary precautions recommended by authorities. In closing, thank you to our front-line health care teams who are working hard to protect us.
