Refer A Friend!
For current Kirmac Employees, use this form to refer a friend or person in your network to work at Kirmac.
Referral Information and guidelines:

Submissions will be reviewed and referrals will be contacted for interviews when qualified. Please do not follow-up with HR on the status of your referral. We will contact the referral directly and for confidentiality reasons will only be able to speak with them about the status of their interview.

If the candidate you refer is hired, you will receive a referral award after the new employee has completed their probationary period. In addition, you can opt to donate full or part of the reward to a charity of your choice.

Employees involved in the hiring decision for a particular position are not eligible for referral awards for that position.

Only one referral award can be given per candidate. If a candidate is referred by more than one employee, the first referral received will be the one awarded if the candidate is hired.
