Customer Service Representative

**Hiring for Multiple Locations in the Lower Mainland and Metro Vancouver including Vancouver and Coquitlam**

Kirmac Collision & Autoglass, family owned and operated for close to 50 years, is looking for Customer Service Reps with a business or customer service background. No previous collision experience or education is required. Trainees at Kirmac are assigned to a trainer learning and development in the role.

CSR Duties:

  • Greeting and assisting customers
  • Submitting ICBC rental forms
  • Scheduling Appointments
  • Ordering office supplies
  • Closing out account folders
  • Answering and directing calls
  • Interacting with vendors
  • Generating repair orders
  • Providing repair updates to customers via phone, text and/or email
  • Managing/Posting invoicing and parts returns
  • Reconciling repair orders

The Successful Candidate:

  • Passion for cars
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Valid Driver’s license
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong problem solving
