Responsibilities

• Bring leadership and operational knowledge to our high-performance body shop
• Oversee operations
• Build lasting customer connections
• Develop and maintain a positive work environment
• Lead and train teammates

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience managing a Collision Repair shop.
• Well-verses on the latest repair methods, technology and materials.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Organized and efficient with brilliant people skills.
• Brilliant work references.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Salary: $95,000.00-$105,000.00 per year
