Had to get my windshield replaced at this location, and extremely pleased with the result! Staff had the old windshield... off and the new one on and installed within an hour, and gave the other for it to set properly, so the efficient speed was certainly a plus (Especially considering this was on a long weekend Saturday). In addition staff were knowledgeable and made what could've been a frightening process for one to undertake an absolute breeze to go through! I will absolutely be recommending this business to any and all in need of a repair, and will be especially grateful for their assistance with this matter in my time of need!read more
Originally had my wind shield replaced by kirmac in November, in March there was another crack and the place I took my... car in kelowna said they couldn't see any damage so suggested I take it back to kirmac incase it was factory/shipping/install issues that caused it. Kirmac was very difficult to get a hold of the person I needed to speak to. I had to call 3 times over 2 weeks to finally get someone involved who could get me to where I needed to be. Once everything was resolved as to what would happen the staff at Langley kirmac were wonderful. They ordered my wind shield right away and got me in and out in just a few hours with a courtesy car for the day. While kirmac was difficult to deal with at the corporate level, the Langley location was fantastic.read more
