Worst experience EVER!I brought my car to Kirmac to replace the windshield .By the end of that day which was a… Friday, they gave me a call and said that they cracked the new windshield, so I can’t have my car back until Monday.It just felt so weird when I heard that.How could someone possibly crack a windshield when they trying to replace it?I had to do a thorough check when I went pick up my car, and of course I found lots of new damages!– Some uneven big gaps around rear mirror , clearly they didn’t put the parts back up properly.– Dash camera cables just hanging around the rear mirror.– Scratchs on the driver side– Deep havey scratchs on the rear rimCan’t be more regret to bring my car here.Even making it more damaged!Waiting for them to give me an explanation!read more

Finally at 0955I… asked to make a new appointment at but they insisted me waiting until they were done with the other two customers who had a 1000 appointment and had just arrived. I had an unsatisfactory customer service experience with the manager at this location. The situation occurred a few… months ago as the Covid matter was in phase 1. My mothers car endured some damage due to strong winds throwing debris against the car. I initiated an ICBC claim, heard about a Kirmac location close to home (Edmonds), so took the vehicle there. Manager was outside so I met him and explained the damages (spoke outside, i was not called into office). I barely finished speaking when the manager stated that he could not help out as flying debris damage must be taken into the ICBC center, he also stated that I would have to wait until the ICBC center opened up in a few months. I stated that he should take some photos and submit it anyway however he stated that ICBC had changed the process. Disappointed yet I understood as the manager was the professional so i proceeded to go home. I then decided that I should get a second opinion so I went to a well renowned competitor on Imperial Street in Burnaby (Big Blue Banners) and was immediately greeted by Manager Doug, who took me inside the office, gave me a bottled water, fully listened to what i had to say then asked me to drive the vehicle into the holding area. He took photos of the damages, entered the claim and stated that he will let ICBC make the decision. The next day, I received a call from Doug that the claim was approved and i could either drop off the vehicle and pick up a courtesy vehicle or he could have someone drop it off. I drove the vehicle to him and picked up the courtesy vehicle. Moms vehicle was repaired within 3 days flawlessly and there was no awaiting 2-3 months for the ICBC center to open. I did email apparently one of the owners who did respond however i did not receive feedback regarding the any coaching procedures for the staff at the location to avoid a similar situation. First impressions are huge and at this time, I am hard pressed to recommend this location after the exceptional service i received from Craftsman.read more

Phil Fan the Edmond’s Burnaby Kirmac Collision manager greeted me when I came in with my approved claim. A sideswipe… accident 18 months earlier resulted in dents and plenty of scratches on the driver’s side of my 2010 Mazda 3. Completed paperwork efficiently and transferred my insurance to a newer Kitmac Collision loaner vehicle. Four days later my car was ready. I was totally satisfied after reviewing the workmanship. The paint match was perfect and seamless. Dents were addressed and corrected. One nice touch was how well they cleaned and vacuumed the interior of my unit. He even used an deodorizer to deal with smoke odours. This was included in the service. I highly recommend Phil Fan and his team at Kirmac. Professional, kept me in the loop and did a great job with the repair. The fully deserve a 5 star review. Thank you Phil Fan!read more
