My experience started out pretty badly with Kirmac. The original manager wouldn’t call back when he said he would. … My car didn’t get touched until the new manager, Khyn, stepped in. I guess the other manager didn’t do anything about my claim. If it were not for Khyn I would be leaving a one star review. Go somewhere else and save yourself from the hassle.Brought my F150 here for a windshield replacement. When I got it… back just before leaving the lot, I quickly checked the repair they did and I found out they broke my cowl hood. None of them was planning to tell me about it and expected to just get away with it. Now I had to book another appointment and take the truck to their shop and have another day without a vehicle. I don’t recommend this place cus of the dishonesty and inconvenience they’ve caused.read more

Super professionals. My repair was going to take a while because of COVID times with parts running out. Kirmac was very… professional warning me about it first hand, later on the delays and where in the repairs they were at. The repair quality on my case was factory alike. I am picky and I couldn’t find anything that would bother me at all, all connections and fender alignments look perfect. I had a parking hit and run on my front bumper which ended up with a puncture in it and damaged some grill parts, the lights were fine though. Also, don’t forget that Kirmac care for kids!read more

In my experience I have never had a happy reason to go to Kirmac but they have always made it as pleasurable as… possible and their work is excellent. I stopped by on Monday and the Manager, Shalvin Swamy was not only friendly and professional he actually dealt with my issue immediately. brought my jeep here. when i got it back, the button to open the passenger door didn’t work as well. when i brought it… up they took it to the back TWICE to fix it and ultimately they couldn’t. then i brought it up to icbc and they proceeded to tell them that they didn’t fix it because it’s not part of the claim. So they brought it back to the shop twice just to not fix it?? if you can’t fix it then just say so. wasted my time.read more

There was… overspray on the door frame, Poot masking on bumper and they said they had to replace the trailer hitch for liability, it was only 2 years old and they replaced with a painted over rusty POS that became evident within a year. Brought my vehicle in to have the front windshield replaced. They did the inspection, but requested that I have my… insurance company send in paperwork prior to doing the repairs. After confirming that it was submitted and accepted (from the optional insurance company), I waited. And waited. Now when I call, I’m being told there is no record of my file or bringing in my vehicle. What is more fustrating, is that they didnt offer an option to have this issue resolved, or to try to find out what happened. Just a “sorry we can’t help you”Not professional at all.read more

If you need to get a sunroof repaired DO NOT bring it here, our sunroof had been vandalized and the insurance provider… at the time told us if we had it repaired at Kirmac it would have a life time warranty. They fixed the sunroof but as soon as I opened it the seal had lifted, when it started raining the floor board in the back passenger side would get wet. As soon as they readjusted the seal, no water would get in. The following year I asked if they could simply replace the seal so I would not have to come down every fall to have them adjust the seal, they said sure, we need to order one from GM. We didn’t hear back for month’s, we called, they said GM was on strike, we waited some more, then called again, the guy said “sure, come on down”, I thought, “wow, when did they get the seal from GM & why didn’t they call”, but we brought it down anyway. It is not the seal that is supposed to be on the vehicle and now my car is constantly wet in the back floor board. I knew they did not have the seal or they would have called us. I told them the vehicle is still leaking, now they told me some excuse about the holes being plugged up and that’s not their problem!read more

Critical: Professionalism, PunctualityWaiting an entire week on an estimate for minor front end damage is not really… very cool- especially when I had all the photos taken on the friday before, brought it in Tuesday only for them to not have any idea who i am, no record, nothing- I saw the friday tech take all my documents, do everything for me then.Ill happily amend this as we go- they’re covering additional rental days but I need my suv, not the ford fiesta i’m in until then.AFTER THE RENTAL RETURN- -Manager is working on the issue, but now I’m being charged by Enterprise for terms I didn’t agree to, mostly caused by the fact that Kirmac didn’t have any idea who i was when I was scheduled to drop my car off and rushed to get a rental to get to work. I was told all expenses would be covered by Kirmac, both by the Enterprise rental company, and by Kirmac’s store manager (expenses would be sent to my insurance company)It’s a pandemic and I’m sorry but $233 is a lot of money to feed my family. I expect that there can be some resolution from a major company in a time of crisis.read more

It’s the worst body shop in Burnaby–New Westminster area. Manager is a liar and technicians do bad job. Three months… ago, I took my old car to be fixed. When I pick up my car, I found the key remover had be broken and glued back. I show the key to Susan right way and she promised to let their manager call me. But, in the past three month, no call from Kirmac. I went to the shop Yesterday and show my broken key remover to the manager. The bad.liar look at the key and said, its a melt on fixture not gluing and deny they broken it. I told him that this glue was did by myself , I has re-glued three times as their poor gluing broken .after I used only couple days.read more

I brought my vehicle here to get fixed and just before handing over my keys and getting the courtesy vehicle, the… intake person tells me no dogs are allowed in the courtesy vehicle. I told the girl that I had to drive my dogs daily to their grandmas but she just repeated that no dogs allowed in the vehicle. She offered no alternative. I was dumbfounded. She didn’t even know they type of dogs I had nor did she ask if I would provide a pet deposit because I would have as I have two dogs under 10 pounds that don’t shed and are clean. I know my dogs don’t make a mess or smell and if you looked at the inside of my vehicle you would have seen if they made an impact. Poor customer service.read more
