From the first contact with Ryan who arranged for Scott to come to my home for a mobile estimate, to Carlos when… setting up my appointment and his follow up phone calls to finally Ralph getting my johnhenry when I picked up my car from a collison repair, I was treated courteously, professionally and with the utmost politeness. Everyone working at this shop was super friendly and helpful from the moment I walked in. My back driver’s side door wouldn’t open as there was something stuck in the hinge. The manager & assistant manager… got it open without having to take everything apart. No charge! If ever I need auto body work they’ll be at the top of my list.read more

Can’t believe the quality customer service I received from Ralph Robinson, top notch. Ralph listened to my situation… and what I was needing, and without hesitation he had his tools out and went to work. He spent 30 mins of his time and fixed the issue I had, and when I asked what I owed for his time, he said nothing. I offered him cash, still would not accept. I went in on a Saturday after I caused a nasty rear end collision. The estimator on staff took photos of my vehicle… and tried to book me in. I had damage in 2 locations and he tried to fault a 2nd incident without doing any investigation . The thought of 2 not one claims made me feel ill and seemed very irresponsible of the “professional” estimator I was supposed to be dealing with. Turns out the vehicle I hit exactly matches ALL the damage on my truck . Not a great 1st impression. I won’t be returning **** UPDATE *****Ralph contacted me 1st thing this morning and in the process of making things right!!read more

After Camaro was hit, I came straight to Kirmac without an appointment, 15 minutes before closing. I was greeted by the… Manager, who patiently listened and was very helpful. I left my car there and the work was completed within days. I was informed every step of the way of what was being done.
