I made an appointment with them and when I got there I met Daniel , very polite very professional , my truck had a hit… and run accident that left a quite large blemish on the box of my truck, (about 10’ long by 2’wide) , so before putting a claim through he took all the pictures that were required then said that his paint guy is going to see if it will just buff out … I did not think it was that minor but , had a claim already going so I said what the heck,20 mins later , he brings my truck back out to me and the scuff was completely gone! ,Thanks again Daniel and Kirmac collision,I’ve never had to use this business before , but will definitely be taking any of my future paint and body issues to them!read more

I used this kirmac location recently to get my car fixed after an accident. I appreciated the mobile estimator who… visited my home on the weekend to determine the parts that needed to be ordered to do the job. It was quick, painless, and saved me a trip. After 1.5 weeks, the parts arrived in the shop to get my car fixed. I took my car in and was given a similar sized car as a courtesy car. I appreciated that they took the time to clean the interior of my car and wash the exterior. The repair is nearly complete, just waiting on a back ordered item to complete the repair. I’m happy with the service, and thankful that the staff were so kind and patient when explaining the entire process with icbc and the insurance deductible.read more

I have come back twice for repairs,… the first for a windshield replacement, the second repair was for a rock chip that dented and removed paint on the drivers side door. James and his team provided top-notch service and I cannot thank them enough for the level of detail that goes into… their work. Getting into an accident can be a very stressful situation, but they made the whole process much easier by providing us with great advice with insurance claims, etc. What was the most important was that they were super transparent and honest. I could see that they really had their client’s best interest in mind rather than trying to just sell services as much as they can. They even said I didn’t need to fix certain parts of the vehicle depending on what our intention for our vehicle is, which I was so surprised by their honesty. Pricing was also very fair and affordable, and they arranged drop off of the vehicle, and made this process simple especially given the current condition with the pandemic. Took my car in to get fixed after being rear ended. Should have been simple enough. I go to pick up the car after… they’re done and they backed up my car into another one and wrote it off. I had that car since brand new and had no issues with it and knew everything that was done to it. I was forced to by a used car which I’ve had constant issues with. All they offered after writing my car off was a detail of the car I was forced to replace it with. Take your car elsewhere. If I had taken my car elsewhere I’d still be driving that same car that was better than the one I had to replace it with.read more

Exceptional customer service and work from Kirmac Schoolhouse team.One thing that drew me to Kirmac Schoolhouse is how… clean the facility is. The exterior, lobby, along with the shop were all very well maintained. This indicated my vehicle will be looked after as well..I am very pleased by the way I was looked after overall as a customer.Manager Abbas was professional, helpful, and informative since my initial inquiry on their services in August 2020. He was honest and made sure quality of the work on my car was of high level.James provided excellent service throughout the repair process. He provided daily and detailed updates during the days my vehicle was in for repairs. Unfortunately another repair facility they deal with to have additional repairs completed for my vehicle failed to follow specific instructions and damaged my vehicle. Kirmac team took a loss for time they’ve put in to have the damages corrected on behalf of the other repair facility. Abbas and James as well dealt with the repairs at their facility oppose to sending me on a goose chase with the other repair facility.Covid19 safety protocols: masks were mandatory, they provided sanitary wipes during exchange on key fobs, sanitized interior of my vehicle each time I picked it up, courtesy exterior wash and interior cleaning. Last but not least, courtesy windshield wiper blade replacements just in time for the rainy season.I strongly recommend Kirmac Schoolhouse team. You will be treated very well from start to finish.read more

Had windshield replaced a number of months ago and immediately noticed a small crack at left side near bottom. Kept an… eye on it and it didn’t get worse so decided to let it go. Then one morning it had all of a sudden run up along left side and across for a foot at around eye level! Brought it back in and they replaced it free of charge. I had my car go to Kirmac for an ICBC claim. I was pretty concerned after the accident, as it was not in very good… shape.I called them, and reached James, who I ended up dealing with through the entirety of the repair. The whole process went really well, and I was super happy with the experience. I felt that there was a lot of care, not only for my vehicle, but also for my strong desire to keep it, and not have it become a write-off.In the end, the car got fixed, and it looks the same, if not better than it did prior to the accident (2012, so it had some wear and tear.)The work was done very quickly, even though there were parts that had to come from all over the place, including the US. I was kept informed through the whole process, and always had all of my questions answered, and concerns addressed.I highly recommend them, whether it is for something small, or something larger. The craftsmanship and customer service here is top notch. I brought my truck in here twice to fix body work and cracked… windshield and every time these guys delivered. The keep you up to dated on the progress of work and was really helpful. Recommended to have any body work or windshield repair done.read more
