Customer service is horrible. I called on Thursday to see if they had a Courtney car available. When I arrive on Friday… I get excuses. The estimate that was supposed to take 2 hours wasn’t done after 4.So now I don’t have a vehicle for the entire weekend and probably the middle of next week. overheard someone saying how slow business was. I’m not surprised and I’d hate to see their service if they were busy.I did get a call. I’m still not happy but I understand communication errors were made and I’m guessing it was the manager who called did say they would look into it to ensure they explain things better in the future. It doesn’t help me but should be better for future customers.read more

I made an appointment with Harman Sandhu to take my wife’s 2015 Honda Accord for a pumper repair job. As promised,… Harman had arranged a courtesy car. During the repairs, I was given regular updates on the status of the repair. The car was ready for pickup as promised. The repairs were done professionally. The services provided by Harman and the shop were of high standard. I would highly recommend this repair shop.read more

Exceptional customer service. Brought my car in to get it repaired recently and my experience at Kirmac Newton was by… far the best. Harman Sandhu walked me through the entire process and explained everything step by step. He was very friendly and patient with all the questions I had. I came in stressed and worried, but Harman gave very good advice and made the whole process simpler. I brought my brother’s car over there last week for ICBC claim repair, let them with a good and driving car and get out… with an overheat engine car the same day. I when back early morning this Monday to explain my feeling, no one want to check the car and I did not even have a change to talk to a manager. I feel very disappoint with the service and how they treat me as a customer. I end up paying out of pocket diagnostic and towing, and working from the dealer to my home place. Million of time disappoint right now.read more

I brought my daughter’s car in to have a rock chip repaired on her windshield. I was late for the appointment yet… Rachel was absolutely lovely & reassured me that she understood how things arise beyond our control. They took the car in immediately. Rachel explained everything before & after the procedure. It turned out that the chip occurred in an area so low on the windshield, that the machine used for the procedure couldn’t access the chip from the interior of the car. Kirmac technicians did what they could to seal the chip from the exterior. Because they weren’t able to complete the job, they didn’t charge me. Further, they washed the car & I was done in about 15minutes. Everyone that I spoke with or saw at this location had a smile on their face and they were all so friendly and helpful. I was very appreciative of their excellent customer service & their honesty; my daughter doesn’t have a lot of money so this was a very nice surprise. I would definitely recommend Kirmac & we will be returning in the future.read more

Went to get my windshield repaired. Staff was so helpful and friendly! I didn’t have to do anything, they did the… claim, they had enterprise meet me with a rental at my appointment time which I got for the very next day. They helped me transfer car seats and then even dropped off the rental for me as well. Very impressed with my service there!read more

The best, the best, the best! I cannot get over how nice, helpful, and prompt the service is. Lisa Vu, the manager goes… way beyond her job ensuring that you get the best. Twice, she did not even charge me for something that to me was minor, but I was sure any other service center would have charged me mega bucks for. Not only that, my car was also washed at no charge. I want to emphasize that it is not just about the cost I am writing this review for, but for the people-focused service that this place delivers. The staff here are very friendly and knowledgeable. Their workmanship is top quality and done very quickly. They are… awesome at color matching paint which has been difficult for other places I have been too in the past and the body repair was perfect. Check your car before & after you take it from them! Putting my family life in danger on a high-way cause one of them… forgot to put back the clips for the lower bumper cover! That is not a joke! Reason why i fix it there cause they help KIDS for donations.. Never ever gonna deal with again!!read more
