Kirmac did a great job when I needed bodywork done to my rear fender a few years back, but recently I scraped a post on… the other rear fender and Kirmac’s employee Ryan just got some cleaner to remove the paint from the post off my car, buffed it up and even washed my car! I was a bit stressed at the time so this took a lot of strain off of me. I was told that sometimes the body shops will do this kind of thing, but nonetheless I really appreciated Ryan’s great service. It came at just the right time, so hopefully he’ll keep up the good work!read more

Kirmac repaired my car 3 years ago after I got front end damage and neglected to fix my alignment and only fixed the… body, I have been continuously replacing tires as a result and currently trying to get them to fix their work is a joke. This is my second and last time ever bringing my car to this place. The first repair was shoddy also. Unless you want a car in worse shape then before a collision go somewhere else. They don’t warranty the work they missed probably in an effort to avoid having to fix it later.read more

I took my car in twice on two separate occasions to Kirmac on 1st Ave. I received excellent customer service and car… repair jobs both times. My 26 year old Toyota Corolla looks and feels brand new and I am super happy with it. Everyone right from the Receptionist (Sarah), to the Technicians, Mechanics, Agents (Cory) and Management (Kong) were awesome. They explained things to me which was easy to understand which made me feel at ease. They empathized with me and my situation and accomodated me in every reasonable way. They allowed me as much time as I needed to take my car in as I was recently dealing with medical issues. They even got me a small courtesy car so I could easily drive without much frustration; being short has it’s limitations. People in the ” 5’1″ and under club” can relate. I am very happy with the overall service from this Kirmac location, I can’t think of any other company who treat their customers as well as they do. Thank you Kirmac, you made my day.read more

claimed an insurance repair, didnt fix the whole side front bumper trim and underneath, most likely they probably need… to hire a new estimator and also the odometer was way higher afterwards. 82,000$ vehicle and this is what happens. oh well time to sell.read more

I was in an accident the night before and the trunk wouldn’t open, they spent an hour using tools to open my trunk and… replace my spare tire. He let me know that it was a simple fix but would take 24hrs for the glue to set. The best! Ryan here took really good care of me. I was very happy with the customer service that I received from Kirmac Collision & Autoglass off Main Street. They were… professional and kept me updated on the status of my vehicle throughout the period it was under repair. I was always able to get a response from Kirmac regarding my car by phone or email. I got to check out my vehicle while it was undergoing body repairs at the shop and after all exterior repairs had been completed. Even special requests such as viewing the alignment of head lights were kindly accommodated for. Specialists were retained for specific repair parts such as wheel rims and the wiring harness, and they did an excellent job. The only room for improvement is that it took about 6 weeks for the wiring harness to be received & installed by Audi, but that was not Kirmac’s fault. Big thanks to Cory Bell and the Kirmac team for doing such a great job! 😀read more

Booked an over the phone appointment for a simple estimate and the person on the phone got me in same day at 3 o clock.… When I got there I talked to someone that looked like the manager. I proceeded to let him know that I had an appointment at 3 for the estimate and pretended like he had no idea about the appointment then went on the computer to confirm that indeed I had scheduled an appointment. He then proceeded by asking me ok lets take a look at your car. We go outside to see the damage to my 1992 Toyota Corolla. He takes a look and asks me some questions then suddenly he says unfortunately we have no one available to give you the estimate and the only available time is 3 weeks from now if I’m interested. Extremely unprofessional since I’ve booked the appointment to get the estimate same day. He then proceeds to guide me to the next neighborhood body shops 2 doors down and said I should take my car there if I wanted an estimate sooner then what he’s trying to convice me he could get me an estimate. I was stumped didn’t know what to do and felt let down so then I took the car 2 doors down. I talked to the owner and he said the reason why kirmac didn’t want to give me an estimate is because he wanted nothing to do with my car due to the age of the car and it wasn’t all worth it for them. So he lies about it because he didn’t want to work on the car being so old in his body shop. Totally uncalled for and straight lied through his teeth just to get me to go somewhere else. Disgraceful and will make sure never to bring any future cars to this place ever again. For future reference honesty is the best policy. Not always about how much you can make for every deal.read more

Brought my vehicle in… for a windshield repair and Eric thoroughly inspected me and my rental vehicle with me for any damages, Eric even pointed out some damages I missed. Had an amazing experience getting an ICBC claim and a private claim fixed and repaired on my 2018 Toyota Corolla.… Everyone I spoke with at this location, including Adrienne, Eric, Desmond and Khang were incredibly kind and communicative. I received regular updates on how my car repair was going and had full transparency into the estimate throughout the entire process of dropping off my car and picking it up. I had to get work done on my door trim and window after a break-in in the middle of a hectic work week. The repairs… were done flawlessly and efficiently – even the details. But even more so, I’d like to speak on the team’s professionalism.Right from the start, Adrienne was amazing with helping me through insurance claims, getting the repairs organized, and finding a courtesy vehicle. It seemed very busy, but she somehow made everything work meanwhile keeping up a friendly chat. If you have aftermarket parts on your vehicle, do not bother going here. They refuse to process repairs for your ICBC… claim if you have any aftermarket parts. They do not even bother contacting ICBC in order to find a solution in order to process the claim and get your vehicle repaired. Completely useless. Explained very clearly what the situation was the day before and then they still wasted my time to go there and use the excuse that it is against their policy to repair vehicles with after market mods or parts. Did not seem very knowledgeable in order to give a proper estimate and simply seemed disinterested when presented with something out of the norm. Very unhelpful shop and would not recommend.read more

The service here was excellent, the staff were professional and worked quickly. I had gotten a suction cupped window… covering lodged into the rear passenger window, we thought it would be an impossible repair without taking apart the door. The team at Kirmac quoted the time to be under an hour but completed the job in approximately 20 minutes and they were able to do the work in the least invasive way possible! I was super pleased. Had a large dent on my car door from a hit and run accident. Everybody at Kirmac helped me through the process of… getting the estimate done, getting the insurance claim processed correctly, and setting me up with a replacement vehicle while my car was being fixed. The service was done quickly and professionally. They even covered buffing out a small paint smear/scratch I hadn’t even noticed which wasn’t part of the original claim. Thank you Kirmac Collision!I would highly recommend this shop if you need repairs done. They were very professional,… courteous, friendly and knowledgeable. I had my car fixed within a couple days looking brand new. They also provided me with a courtesy car while the repairs were being done. If anyone needs new windshield wipers Kirmac Collision is currently having a deal for $40 for a new set. And all proceeds goes to the BC Children’s Hospital! The customer service level at this location is 10/10. My car was broken into last night. I told them that I need to… get through the weekend because a friend of mine would replace the window for almost nothing on Monday. For a $10.00 donation to Kirmac Cares for Kids they crash wrapped my window and vacuumed all the glass out of my vehicle! They just won a customer for life the next time I need auto body work done! Their paying customers must get treated like gold.read more

These guys are great! Super honest and will say it how it is. I got some body work done on my car and I had a chip in… the windshield. They mentioned that the windshield could crack when trying to fix it which would change the insurance coverage.They were great with regular communications about how the repairs were going and it was done fairly quickly.The one thing that I had to deal with was overspray that ended up all over the car and I had to bring it back to them to clean it properly, but it was done right away and was done well. I guess it was just something they missed originally. Great service and great group of people. It is also great that they do both the express glass repair and collision, one stop shop.read more
