They might care for kids but they most certainly don't care for customers! I had the worst experience in dealing with... Kirmac for an ICBC claim in which I was at no fault for the damage. My car was in pretty great condition before this accident and usually I would have gone to another shop for repairs but our preferred shop was a three week wait and it was right before Christmas and my car was undrivable so getting it in right away was necessary. At first Kirmac seemed fine, front desk staff was nice enough and they got my car in right away. After dropping off the car I never heard back for over two weeks and was starting to wonder if it was even being worked on, there was no communication or check-in and then when it was "almost ready" I was called the day before almost at the end of the day and told I had to pick up the next day. The next day I never heard if it was complete so didn't go, luckily, then the next day they said now it would be ready the following day, then the following day (Friday I believe) they called and said it wasn't ready (after I had already had to take time off work) and I'd have to come in on Monday and then take more time off work to pick up my car, HUGE hassle and miscommunication within their shop. Long story short, customer service was TERRIBLE and the repair job was worse! On pick up (finally), the front bumper was replaced but the side of the car that was not initial hit was completely out of line. Even from several feet away you could see that the fender and bumper were about a cm off. After picking up my car there were 3 issues I had, 1) I couldn't see out of my front windshield from all the over-spray 2) the bumper was not installed properly and it had been perfectly aligned before the accident (was almost ripped off from being hit by a truck when parked) -- picture attached to show how it was installed 3) there was about a 3 inch scuff on the front of the "new" bumper that I had to ask them to buff out if not replace. To wrap this up, I went in to the shop twice to complain (called 1-2 times as well) about the unsatisfactory job on the bumper in which they told me "my car has been in an accident" or "it's an older car so must have some brackets broken" and therefore not their problem that it won't fit properly (I have owned the car since brand new and it's never been in an accident nor have I had work done on the front bumper or area of car). I had another person go in with my car and complain again and after further arguing they at least attempted to "look into it". The result, still not fixed and several calls to ICBC to get something done about the terrible job and set up a meeting with ICBC for 3-weeks later to review. To conclude, I happen to have my car window smashed a month or so after getting my car back (finally) and I took it to Craftsman Collision on Landmark way. They were simply amazing! Right away when I showed them the area of my car that was an ongoing claim the manager looked at me confused and said "well it's clearly out of line" and proceeded to show me how he could tell. He then told me he would just fix it for me as it was probably a ten minute job to install properly. I was skeptical and thought he wouldn't be able to since I had so much grief from Kirmac but to my pleasant surprise when I picked up my car only 1-week later the front bumper was perfectly aligned (as it should have been). He said no issues and hardly took anytime to fasten properly. He was just as confused as I was as to why Kirmac a) was incapable of installing a brand new bumper and b) why they would refuse to stand by their repair job and work. I am happy that I don't have to waste another minute with Kirmac and I will never again use one of their shops for any repair or car work. It's now the end of February 2020 and I am only just wrapping up a seemingly easy claim I started at the beginning of December, what a headache and waste of time and energy. AVOID! Hope this review helps others choose a more reliable repair shop for work on their vehicles.read more
No Stars for this business, the bill was close to $1000 more without a phone call to let me know. They offered to fix... my tail light as well, Additional work was quoted but not explained clearly that there is a difference between a tail light and a pillar??, I chose to have the tail light replaced for an additional $420 got the vehicle back and this was only for the tail light, not the plastic lens. Not a penny was offered as a discount. I guess I will take a class in the terms. With this company the customer is never right!!!!read more

Shane went above and beyond these guys are awesome. I brought my car there beginning of September somebody tried to... steal my catalytic converter and KIA was screwing us around trying to get the parts so Shane gave me a courtesy car free of charge because of how long it was taking and it ended up taking two months to get the parts from KIA and these guys at Kirmack were amazing they kept after KIA and today when the parts showed up finally after two months the sensor they sent was the wrong one and the right one wouldn’t show up till next week so Shane drove out to the dealership to get the part himself. Thank you so much Shane and your staff I will always give you my business if something happens to my car and I recommended you to everyone I know.
