This Kirmac location in Maple Ridge has wonderful people servicing the customers. I had a need for a glove compartment… installation so in spite of busy time of the day had it done immediately by a technician by the nameTerry with no waiting and just as a no charge extra job. I took my jeep in to get the rear quarter panel fixed from a hit a run. When I called the young lady was very polite… and respectful. Got me in right away for a estimate. Week later it was booked in for the repairs . They did a fantastic job fixing it. Then went above and beyond for by doing a really good job cleaning the interior. Very good at keeping me updated on the progress. Also the day before I brought it in my check engine light came on they fixed that. Went in to arrange a new windshield on a Friday, the desk person was pleasant and took my information then told me… someone from the glass department would call me to set up an appointment. By Wednesday the next week still no call so I called Kirmac and was told it usually took at least a week to get a call. I was not impressed so I cancelled the job with Kirmac and called Broco Glass. They ordered the new winshield while I was on the phone had my new windshield delivered and installed in 2 days.read more

Highly recommended, their just amazing there. I was recently in a collision and my whole driver’s side had severe!… Damage. Madeleine had a rental ready and waiting for my drop off, she’s super friendly, easy to talk to and knows how important a person’s vehicle is to them. They do amazing work- when I pulled in to pick up my truck at first I didn’t even recognize it. Then realizing it was my truck. I was shocked, it looked fresh off the lot. Nothing but great things to say about them, on 227th. See Madeleine, she’ll have their professional crew take care of your vehicle as quickly as possible and you’ll get it back perfectly done and covered by their warranty! Just an amazing place. I was pretty stressed out after my car was hit in a parking lot. I was close enough to hear the giant crunch and see… the side of my car cave in.
