Highly recommended!! The staff is amazing, very professional and kind.I had a problematic situation as I needed the… car to be fixed ASAP (leaving the country and need to sell the car before). Although they didn’t have immediate availability they still went above and beyond to help me. Made an appointment to have my company vehicle inspected. Provided all of the information requested of me. I arrived at… the shop for my appointment and was told that the vehicle has a rebuilt title and they don’t want to take it because other customers have been difficult to deal with for vehicles with a rebuilt title. Store Manager came out to explain to me and explained that the store manager can make a judgment if they accept it or not but he doesn’t want to accept the vehicle. So I drove all the way here to be turned away because the viewed the vehicle and don’t want to accept it. Be cautious, you may show up and be turned away. Thankfully it was driveable or I may have incurred cost to just be turned away.read more

I was in Vancouver for a business trip and I had a rental car for my stay. Unfortunately, I bumped my car in the… parking lot on a yellow concrete pole so on the front bumper there was a transfer of paint and minor scratch. I wanted to avoid insurance fees so I went to the KIRMAC SELF RICHMOND location and JASON, one of the mechanics really took care of my issue by cleaning it and polish no charge. Excellent customer service and beyond my expectations. It did not take him long to help me but it really made a difference because I did not receive extra charges at the car rental. Thank you again Jason. I would highly recommend if you need any repairs I am sure that they would do an excellent job !!!read more

I went there for an ICBC repair. My car has several scratches and dents from shopping cart bumps. The guy told me ‘the… paint won’t stick’ unless I get the other repairs done also. His estimate was it would cost me $3000 for a repair ICBC was going to pay 100 PC. I don’t recommend going to the Richmond Kirmac ever.read more

I needed a windshield replacement and went here because it wasn’t far from my work. I have to say I’ll be returning if… I ever need any car work done in future! They were so friendly and courteous, and even dropped me off and picked me up from work since it was just a few minutes down the road! Got rear ended a few days back and i needed to find a new place to get it fixed as I did not really trust my old repair… shop. I noticed that this place was relatively new and close so i decided to give it a shot. Upon arrival I was amazed by the Professionalism The guys there had given me. Right away they were able to recognize my problem and address it immediately. After quickly explaining what happened, they were able to get me into a Loaner car right away.A few days later they had called me in to pick up my car which was much earlier than expected ( bonus points for that). Jackson had helped me out and I can honestly say he was the best. Never in my entire life had I seen someone deliver such excellent customer service. He literally broke down everything in detail as to what was needed to be done on the car. On top of that the car was perfectly clean. EVEN THE RIMS.. This was something I was not expecting at all but WOW.I strongly recommend this place to every one.
