This was my first time going through ICBC claim process but Jason and Sarah made the process super easy. They also... provided an amazing modern replacement vehicle. After the job was done my car looked stunning and they went above and beyond to make everything perfect, you can’t even tell where the damage was. That’s something coming from someone that works around a lot of cars and can tell a good paint job from a bad one. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful staff. I was not so sure about this location but just because it was close to my... office I decided to give it a shot.That ended up being the best decision I have ever made on my car repair.Sarah and Scott were extremely helpful and understanding. Sarah took note of every detail and concerns I had and made the whole process so easy for me.I strongly recommend this location as they genuinely care about their customers. They were constantly giving me updates on the progress and keeping me informed which meant a lot to me. They have also provided me with a nice courtesy car so I did not have to go through a car rental company. Overall the outcome was great , job well done and I was a happy customer when I saw how well my car was repaired. I could't tell where the damage was anymore 🙂 They also went above and beyond and repaired a few dent and chips on the car at no extra cost to me.Well done! keep up the good work. I am grateful.
