I went to Kirmac South Richmond for an ICBC claim and Jason was super helpful throughout the process. He ensured me… that they will do a great job repairing the damage along with repainting and said my car will be in good hands.I picked up my car yesterday and did a walk through with Jason and he pointed out the paint on my rear bumper matches to the rest of my car. I also noticed that Jason took the time to clean both the outside and the inside of my car and WOW, my car looks brand new (it’s a 10 year old car)!I would highly recommend this location and big thank you to Jason again!read more

The manager, Michael is really knowledgable with cars and actually cares about his clients. They made a small mistake… during installation later on they took responsibility and solved the issue on their own. I’m looking forward to do business with them in the future. They also showed me good will when I asked helped from them for a headlight installation. I believe they are 5/5 business, though they might need to add some protocols before handing out the key back to their customers. Thanks Kirmac!read more

When I first walked in, I was skeptical as I wouldn’t see any front desk, about a few mins past, Michael came and… explained about they are short staff. He let me know about the procedure and my car then vacuum with with the broken window taped up. Michael tried his best to explain about the process and covered all bases. You did not over promise, instead you gave me a longer date, as the bottleneck situations with parts.. but you have nailed it with making everything earlier than expect! I was impress how even some noticeable scratch mark was gone!!!!! Great job to the team & Kudo to everyone at Kirmacread more

Had Kirmac, repair my SUV, back in July, to great satisfaction for a job well done. Fast forward to now needing to… change out my SUV tires and no wheel lock nut key to be found in my SUV. I got my car sideswiped outside my house and went to Michael at Kirmac to get an estimate for ICBC. He took a swab of… the paint and told icbc it wasn’t auto paint and it resulted in my claim being denied. He obviously doesnt have a clue and screwed me over. Find another line of work!!!read more

I brought my car in to Kirmac on Horseshoe Way in Richmond today because it had a chip in the windshield. We were just… on a very long road trip and encountered some car difficulties, like needing all 4 tires replaced (!), and then a truck threw up a bunch of road gravel causing a chip in the windshield. So today I wasn’t in the greatest mood and was somewhat grumpy. To my surprise, when I got to Kirmac Shana was very pleasant. As a matter of fact, extraordinarily pleasant. This calmed me down. She explained all the options so there would be no surprises if it had come down to replacing the windshield (which luckily was not required). Besides Shana, there were 3 other employees. Unfortunately, I don’t know their names: the one who repaired the windshield and two others, and they were also very pleasant and helpful. This made my experience at Kirmac a great one and I will definitely return to them in the future if I have any need for their services.read more
